This policy sets out the commission structure, eligibility rules, earnings windows, and payout terms for approved members of the Jump Knock Ambassador Network. By participating in the programme, you agree to be bound by the terms set out in this document.
The Jump Knock Ambassador Programme rewards individuals who introduce new users to the platform. Ambassadors earn a percentage of the platform fees generated by the users they refer, for a defined period following that user's sign-up.
Ambassadors earn a revenue share on Jump Knock's platform fees - not on the gross value of transactions. Platform fees are the service charge that Jump Knock deducts from each booking, purchase, or transaction made through the platform.
Your commission is calculated as a percentage of the net platform fee collected by Jump Knock on each qualifying transaction made by a referred user. This percentage is determined by your current ambassador tier at the time the transaction occurs.
Example: If Jump Knock collects a £10 platform fee on a booking made by one of your referred users, and you are at City Partner tier (35%), you earn £3.50 from that transaction.
A qualifying referral is any new user - athlete, coach, creator, or business - who:
Referral attribution is automatic and permanent once set. A user can only be attributed to one ambassador. If a user signs up without a referral link, or if there is a dispute about attribution, Jump Knock's decision is final.
Your commission rate is determined by the total number of approved referrals you have made. The rate applies to all platform fees generated by any of your referred users during the active earnings window, regardless of when they joined.
| Tier | Approved referrals | Commission rate | Earnings window |
|---|---|---|---|
| Associate | 0 to 9 | 25% | 2 years per referral |
| Ambassador | 10 to 24 | 30% | 2 years per referral |
| City Partner | 25 to 49 | 35% | 2 years per referral |
| Elite Network | 50+ | 40% | 2 years per referral |
Tier upgrades are applied automatically when your approved referral count crosses a threshold. You do not need to apply for a rate increase. Your new rate applies to all future platform fee income from your referral network from the moment of upgrade.
For each individual referral, your commission entitlement runs for 24 months from the date that person first signs up to Jump Knock using your referral link.
After 24 months, that specific user's platform fee activity is no longer attributed to your commission account. Platform fees generated by that user after the window closes are retained in full by Jump Knock.
Example: If a user signs up via your link on 1 July 2025, your commission window for that user runs until 30 June 2027. Any platform fees they generate on or before 30 June 2027 earn you your tier commission. Transactions after that date do not.
Each referral has its own independent 24-month window calculated from their individual sign-up date. A referral you make in January and one you make in October each have their own separate window.
Platform fees are charges collected by Jump Knock on transactions processed through the platform. These include, but may not be limited to:
Commission is calculated on the net platform fee received by Jump Knock, after any applicable payment processing costs. VAT and any taxes applied to the platform fee are excluded from the commission calculation.
Refunded transactions where the platform fee is returned to the customer do not generate a commission, or where a commission has already been credited, the corresponding amount will be deducted from future payouts.
Commission payouts are processed monthly. Earnings accrued in a calendar month are paid in the following month, typically within the first 14 working days.
A minimum payout threshold of £20 applies. If your accrued balance for a given month is below this threshold, the amount rolls over to the following month and accumulates until the threshold is met.
Payments are made via bank transfer to the account details you provide in your ambassador profile. Jump Knock is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank details. You are responsible for reporting your ambassador income to HMRC and paying any applicable tax.
Your tier is based on your number of approved referrals - not all sign-ups. A referral is counted as approved once the referred user's account meets the relevant approval criteria applied by Jump Knock at the time (for example, a creator profile being reviewed and approved by the moderation team).
Referrals that sign up but do not complete their profile, or whose profiles are rejected or suspended, do not count toward your tier and do not generate commission income.
To be eligible for commissions, you must maintain an active, approved ambassador status at all times. Jump Knock reserves the right to suspend or terminate ambassador status - and cancel any accrued but unpaid commissions - where:
Jump Knock actively monitors referral patterns for fraud. Accounts showing unusual sign-up volumes, clustered IP addresses, or repeated low-quality referrals may be reviewed and commissions withheld pending investigation.
Jump Knock reserves the right to amend the commission rates, tier thresholds, earnings windows, payout schedule, or any other aspect of this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to active ambassadors via email with a minimum of 30 days notice before taking effect.
Commissions already accrued under a previous rate structure at the point of any change will be honoured at the rate applicable when the transaction occurred. Prospective changes do not apply retroactively.
If you have questions about this policy, your commission balance, or a specific referral attribution, contact the ambassador team via your dashboard or through the main contact page.
In the event of a dispute, Jump Knock's decision on commission eligibility, tier status, and payout amounts is final.
